xMedClinics SERVICES

xMedClinics operate a platform for the provision of advertising for providers of medical services, including hospitals and clinics worldwide (""medical service providers""), either via its own website or mobile application (""platform""). xMedClinics are solely responsible for controlling the data and processing the information obtained via the platform or other communication between the user, hospital, clinic, or third party and a member of the xMedClinics customer service team (""Care Team""). xMedClinics may use the services of third parties, service providers, and affiliated companies to conduct business operations and to process data provided by users and may pass on the data for these purposes. xMedClinics remain responsible for the information collected and shared under this Privacy Policy, except in cases where xMedClinics cannot be held responsible for a breach of this Privacy Policy.
The user can use individual services (""special services"") of xMedClinics. For this purpose, it is necessary that the user consents to the collection, processing, and use of his/her personal data and, if applicable, also of special personal data. This applies in particular to the special services listed below:
xMedClinics is a healthcare provider and operates an online platform which enables the user to contact a medical specialists working for xMedClinics or cooperating with xMedClnics in Europe and the USA as well as third-party providers and associated companies (e.g. travel agencies, customer service agencies, payment service providers, or translators) whose services are advertised via our platform.
xMedClinics, as a healthcare provider, performs healthcare service and all necessary medical consultations and other services asked by the users. If xMedCliics doesn'tdoesn't provide needed healthcare service for the user and user will ask to manage it in a cooperating healthcare provider of the xMedClinics, The user agrees that xMedClinics shall inform the medical service provider about the requested type and planned date of the medical treatment or assessment and provide to this medical service provider all medical records delivered by the user and, if required by law, that this medical service provider shall transmit the corresponding data to xMedClinics.
If a third-party provider concludes a contract with the user for certain services, the user authorizes the third-party provider to inform xMedClinics of the amount and date of the invoice transmitted by the third-party provider to the user.
If the user is the policyholder of an insurance partner of xMedClinics (""insurer""), the user authorizes the medical service provider, the third-party provider, and the insurer to inform xMedClinics of the specific personal data relating to the medical treatment of the user as well as the amount and date of the invoice transmitted by the service provider to the user or to the insurer.
Forums will be set up on the platform or on the websites of associated companies to enable the exchange of experiences and opinions between users.
The user is offered a regular newsletter.
xMedClinics uses the personal data for its own advertising purposes and sends the user information about xMedClinics, new products, and services, medical service providers, etc., by email, phone call, SMS, or post.

PURPOSE OF USE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data will be deleted immediately in case of revocation of your consent or if the purpose of data uses no longer exists.
